Benefiting the All Black Lives Fund, the Pioneers of Our Movement T-shirts were created as a collaboration between local artist Carlitos Xavier Diaz and Contigo Fund. They depict Marsha P. Johnson and Silvia Rivera who jump-started the movement for the rights of the LGBTQ+ community, centering queer and trans people of color in their work, and threw the first bricks at Stonewall Riot in a fearless act of rebellion and resistance. The shirts sold at the official reception of the Orlando Strong Symposium were made in Colombia from a local small business in the city of Villavicencio, ensuring we support the economy of our sister city in South America.
